什么是拍卖行
　　拍卖行是一个服务机构，主要是在买卖双方构成桥梁作用，其作用一是鉴定商品的真伪、优劣，估算商品的价值，再是对商品进行宣传，组织拍卖会，使商品卖出好价钱，从中按比例抽取佣金。
艺术品拍卖，是以委托寄售为业的商行当众出卖寄售的艺术品，由许多顾客出价争购，到没有人再出更高一 些的价时，就拍板，表示成交。世界各大拍卖公司，主要以春秋两季举行大型拍卖会，也会定期举行专场小拍，艺术品交易市场的行情每年都在跨度递增，吸引大量的全球各地买家购买。2005年艺术品成交额已经达到585.84亿，2014年由世界各地艺术品交易总局、拍卖行业协会评比出世界拍卖行。
